Disc Tiller

We present you our POYRAZ series rubber suspension disc tiller. Our machine is designed for your “surface layer soil cultivation requirement”. The mean working depth of the machine is 10 cm. Due to its notched disc structure, the machine breaks up the soil more effectively.

Our model is suitable for the discs with the diameters of 51 cm or 56 cm.

The main feature that distinguishes Azim disc tiller from other known disc harrows is “the disc system with the rubber suspension system and each mounted independently from each other”. By means of this system, in addition to cutting (tearing) the soil, it performs soil thinning in high efficiency by vibrating the soil surface during the operation and the level of the field is not changed.

The most important advantage of our product is the low power requirement and the working speed with a high operating speed of 10-15 km/h. In addition, the individually mounted discs offer excellent surface workmanship without being affected by terrain and surface roughness.

The disc tiller, with the combination of rollers, is not only minimizes the moisture loss that may occur by pressing with the roller while thinning the soil, but also an affective density in the soil. The control of the roller can be adjusted hydraulically or mechanically.
