We present you our MATRIS series spring suspension disc tiller. Our machine is designed for your “surface layer soil cultivation requirement”. The mean working depth of the machine is 10cm. Due to its notched disc structure, the machine breaks up the soil more effective. Our product has two types: heavy type and light type.
In case of any external factors, due to spring tines that are independent from each other, only the tine, which exposed to the impact, is decommissioned. After getting rid of the external factors, it continues working by mean of spring. It has been observed that the tines can sink easier than other disc harrows due to its heat-treated spring effective steel frame tine.
Our product can operate with a high operating speed of 10-15 km/h. In addition, the individually mounted discs offer excellent surface workmanship without being affected by terrain and surface roughness.
The disc tiller, with the combination of rollers, is not only minimizes the moisture loss that may occur by pressing with the roller while thinning the soil, but also an affective density in the soil.
The control of the roller can be adjusted hydraulically or mechanically.
Spring Suspension Tine
It provides effective soil thinning with the heat-treated spring effective steel frame tine and the spring. There are two types of steel frame tines: heavy type and light type.
Steel Roller
Effective in breaking up the plant residue and clod.
Cage Roller
Effective on sandy fine textured soil.
V-Ring Roller
It is used to leave the surface loose and compress the heavy soil in depth.
Packer Roller
It is used for compacting the heavy textured soil with high organic substance.
Solid Disc Bearing
The discs are mounted on 2 tapered bearings in a custom engineered hub. When the first lubrication is performed correctly, it does not require any maintenance and it will be sufficient to lubricate at the beginning of every season.
