OUR PRODUCTS
We present our LODOS Series disc tiller with a diameter of 56 cm or 61 cm and HEAVY rubber suspension. The mean working depth of the machine is 15 cm.
For your requirements of “tilling on the top surface in short depth” we offer AD series Azim Disc Tillers. The suggested work depth of the machine is 5-10cm from the top level of soil. The machine has notched discs which increases the “breaking effect” and “seed bed preparation efficiency” of the machine. However the main advatages are lowered energy consumption and higher work speed which is around 10-15km/h depending to the tractor power.
The second advantage of machine is the back roller which press the soil after the tilling operation to keep the moisture inside on the otherside the land leveling is kept by this way. LODOS Series Disc Tillers are offered as “3 point linkage mounted” or “trailed” on request.
The control of the roller can be adjusted hydraulically or mechanically.
Rubber Suspension Tine
Rubbers with 35 mm allow the discs to spring in vertical direction and more effective soil thinning is obtained
Steel Roller
Effective in breaking up the plant residue and clod.
Cage Roller
Effective on sandy fine textured soil.
V-Ring Roller
It is used to leave the surface loose and compress the heavy soil in depth.
Packer Roller
It is used for compacting the heavy textured soil with high organic substance.
Solid Disc Bearing
The discs are mounted on 2 tapered bearings in a custom engineered hub. When the first lubrication is performed correctly, it does not require any maintenance and it will be sufficient to lubricate at the beginning of every season.
